Era Tours & Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. is an experienced inbound tour operator and destination management company based in the national capital, New Delhi. Established in 1997, we have hosted a very large number of satisfied guests — foreign and Indian alike — across leisure, pilgrimage, wildlife and corporate travel.
We are duly recognised by the Ministry of Tourism (MoT), Government of India, and are an active member of IATO (the Indian Association of Tour Operators — the apex body of inbound operators in India) and the ICPB (India Convention Promotion Bureau). This recognition is not a badge we take lightly: it reflects a quarter-century of dependable, accountable service that families return to and refer.
The company is led by Wg Cdr Jayendra Singh Nayal (Director) and Mrs. Richa Nayal (Managing Director), supported by a close team of widely travelled professionals. What we do
We provide end-to-end travel and destination management across India and neighbouring countries — Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, the Maldives, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia (Bali) and beyond. Our services span tailor-made and package tours, honeymoon and family trips, business travel, hotel reservations, air ticketing, transport, special meals, and professional language interpreters. As ICPB members we also deliver full MICE support — meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions — with venue arrangements and delegate logistics built in.
